The location is exceptionally nice in a lively area, right by the lake which has plenty of activity, especially on weekends. The hotel is located in the Hoan Kiem district which deserves to be explored.

The rooms are new and trendy, with a compact yet comfortable layout. I particularly enjoyed the large bathroom and the nice balcony that offered a great view of the bustling surroundings. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. One highlight was the breakfast, which was served with a great view of the old quarter of Hanoi. the hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail, making it an excellent choice for a stay in this city.

The location of this hotel is excellent. You are right next to the lake, and only a 5 minute stroll to the Old Quarter. The room was very spacious and clean. It was very comfortable to come back to after a full day of being out and about. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, and the pancakes were amazing. Definitely recommend.

It might be a bit noisy for some people, especially if you face the lake and you stay there on Sunday where there is lots going on around the lake. However, we did not mind.

I enjoyed my stay for a quick visit in a quiet and spotless room with a private bathroom, an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware, and appreciated the assistance from the staff with arranging a cab.
